7-Day Replacement Policy

Damaged/Different/Defective Product Delivered

REPLACEMENT POLICY
  • Defective product - The customer can replace a defective product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to them.
  • Damaged/Different product - Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered has physical damage or a different unit is delivered within 24 hours of receipt of the product
  • A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances: a). Customer is not happy with the look/sound/quality of a defect-free product b). Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product c). An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
  • Please note that under our returns policy no return or refund shall be provided, but customer can claim a replacement in case of damaged/defective/different product delivered.



GENERAL RULES FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN
  1. The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and original packaging.
  2. An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims. The return window begins upon delivery. Our courier partner, Bluedart, will pick up the item from your location if return service is available.
  3. Replacement will be processed upon receipt of the return package at our warehouse and completion of a quality check. Any discrepancies may lead to rejection of the return as per our terms & conditions.
  4. Once your return request is approved, the product must be handed over to the courier within 7 days.
